STEVE WEINGART - LIFE TIMES
Released in 2003. This is a super hot cd from Steve Weingart who is creating musical waves with his keyboards. The album is a fusion of funk, jazz, big band, eastern sound done cleverly and effectively. The first track jump starts you from the get go with catchy melodies , sure to get you funking all the way. "Marketplace" brings a mystical Middle Eastern sound to the mix. Robben Ford and Ted Karas adds their six string power to the music. Hussain Jiffry on the bass maintains a solid groove throughout the record. Chad Wright reminds you a lot of Dave Weckl with a lot of soul. Steve has composed a wide variety of tunes creating a beautiful texture. This album is a must have for any serious music listeners as well as those who wants to shake it up a little bit.

Any feedback on Chad Wright?
